Oh sure, go for that too! that’s a great one as well, although it generally isn’t something you want to try outside of an urban area where there’s a reasonable supply of vegetable oil.

You could always grow rapeseed to produce100 gallons of oil per acre. Seems easier than producing ethanol. But it’s still way too much work. I’d rather grow cannabis and sell it for $2500+ per pound, and buy whatever fuel I need. My time is worth money.

I made a gallon of ethanol a year ago. I came to the conclusion that I am better off buying it, even paying the extra $30 per gallon in federal tax.

This is a nice hybrid.

It breaks my heart to see all these batteries manufactured as though they’re the “solution” to green energy. Aside from that, electric is great.
