You’re right on top of things Rodney. Thanks for putting it out in the open. The net gives us the ability to put it all out in the open…I think we can fuck the state and its agents this way. Pre-crime has a more “friendly” term: Community Based Policing. Quote from US attorney’s office: “Supporting and promoting strong relationships between our communities and the law enforcement agencies that serve the public is one of our most important priorities. "

The feds are promoting “Intelligence Based Policing”…This is why you DON’T TALK TO POLICE: "The money won’t go to guns or bullets or cars - instead, it will go toward training, technical assistance, software/hardware, and in Anniston’s case, cameras that will be placed throughout the city.
Town says the training, among other things, will teach law enforcement professionals how to share crime intelligence with other agencies."
