Especially since he is not talking about state communism. There are actual examples of this… The spanish civil war is one.[/quote]

The Spanish civil war is an example of anarchists betrayed by communists.  It is an example of how untrustworthy the commissars could be.  It isn't an example of non-state communism.

Arguably, Barcelona, for a few months, including some while George Orwell was there, was a reasonably successful example of anarchy "in the wild" just as Boston was in 1774 before eight thousand British troops showed up.  The redcoats ended anarchy in Boston, and the pro-Soviet communists ended it in Barcelona.  Orwell's outfit, the POUM was "outlawed" by declaration of the communists who violently attacked POUM members.  Possibly antijingoist would enjoy Orwell's book on his experiences Homage to Catalonia.

It seems that the experiment in political activism in Keene is pointless.  A significant number of your people have been arrested on nonsense charges, judicially kidnapped by a judge, and at least one was violently attacked and horribly beaten.

Regarding non-violence.  It is criminal to teach a man not to defend himself when he is the constant victim of brutal attacks.
