This sounds like a frivolous lawsuit. If he wasn’t sure about grabbing the fruit off the pallet, he should’ve gotten an employee or something. I don’t usually have a whole lot of sympathy for Walmarts in these cases, but this is ridiculous.

This may be a case of Walmart not putting a sign up for stupid people saying “Do not (blah, blah, blah). Please ask an associate for help.”
Definitely frivolous, if IMO, if that is the case, but there would probably be precedent.
