Hi All,
Put the false authorities on notice. We are working on buying the former home of the Kannings and I only hope I can walk near to their footsteps. I will try. We both admire them and count them as our heroes as I'm sure we will all of you.
I'm Kurt; Aubern (research101 on here) and I , our Shih Tzu boy named Scamper, and English Bull Dog girl named Red Rosalee will be moving to Keene shortly and we are looking forward to meeting and working for more freedom tenaciously, in all areas of our/your lives.
I'm a formerly successful real estate business owner on Cape Cod who built a business from scratch, and Aubern owns her own self made business as well as an expert Professional Home Stager and Professional Organzer. It's taken us longer than we had hoped and there are a few normal kinks to work out but we will be there shortly. Yes, I'm a recovering mAss hole among other things but I lived in Hollis as well as Hudson (still bleed-through towns but hey, I'm not perfect… yet 
).
Many thanks to Ian Freeman for inviting us to FreeKeene from NHFREE, we are now hoping to set up some roots here as well.
I'll be offering free real estate consulting advise to fellow liberty lovers until I get one of my businesses running as I like in Keene, please feel free to consult with me any time. I welcome your questions.

I'll keep that in mind so I don't falter. I'm not a fan of the "Peoples Republik of Usedtabe Commonwealth of mAssachewshits". Cape Cod has way to many commissions. One has to ask permission of multiple gang members to even fart here.

"Recovering" ain't easy but it sure is FREEING! I know Keene is a socialist place but one where the power of the people is growing and the city knows it's on notice. The FSP, the city and liberty minded people know the jig is up. Just ask Couch Enforcer Carl ;D (upper case lower case? I doubt it).

My father is currently out near there, visiting his girlfriend in Monson. There are SOME liberty minded people out that way, but still not enough as perhaps evidenced by your move. It's pretty out in Western Ma.
This morning I spoke with a woman here "On Cape" from a local gas service company (I ONLY use LOCAL companies, ONLY) and we got into a long talk on the phone about the state we are in. There are few people here and there who know what the gig is down here but still feel powerless against the oppressiveness of all the commissions, town and state govt's and ordinances and codes and on and on add infinity. I mentioned the FSP site to her and am sending her a a pile of stuff via email about it, as well as ways to help her back the town of Brewster to get off her case. I'll take any chance and try to reach anyone I can who wants or is receptive to the freedom message, or even to learn what others think and feel to gain better perspective myself. An inspector from the town, just showed up, on her property, no permission, no nothing, and was giving her hell about her private property. Too many details to get into here but it's a challenge for her. She was receptive to the ideas I was giving her about how to back them off and told her I'd show up to help her discredit the town if she has conflict in the next couple weeks before I'm no longer here. (I'm not bragging, I'm just highly caffeinated, so I'm chatty, even more than usual.) I told her she could bill them for her time, and how that may work and that though it may not be realistic it will help convey her truth and THE truth about the matters they are ganging up on her about.
When in the conversation she said "you sound like a McCain supporter", I knew that was my cue to educate her. She was refreshingly receptive though at this point perhaps not "pissed off" enough to make a move and work for freedom, etc. My big thing (one of them) is property rights. I've been a successful real estate guy for 7 years here on The Cape and FINALLY have figured the game out thanks to a lot of liberty minded people mainly. She may still vote for McCain, but if I get a hold of her again I may have a chance to at least stop her from voting for the lesser of two evils. Though it was the first time she had heard ideas like this, I believe she was receptive and eager to hear more about it, so I'm sending her stuff on it.
Anyway, just logging some slight personal experience on here so you or anyone who meets me (or cares) knows what I'm about.
I can hardly wait to get there. We may be in Michigan at Aubern's house for Thanksgiving but hope to be there, God willing and the creek don't rise, posthaste!

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. 
I have been on overdrive here in Michigan tying up all the loose ends so Kurt and I can hit the road and get on up there ASAP. Kurt gave an excellent introduction for both of us and I am a bit more shy than he is, however I am eager to meet all of you liberty lovers who are on the same page and have some the same common goals as we do. There is so much work to be done to resist the tyranny that is croaching in on us. I cant think of anything more rewarding and important than working toward the betterment of the state/nation and standing up for freedom in any and all ways possible. The FSP gives me hope for a brighter future and I am so pleased to be a part of it. I am very much looking forward to starting my new journey in the beautiful state of New Hampshire with Kurt. He truly inspires me and gives me courage to stay strong and stand up for what I believe in. I admire his tenacity and I don't know what I would do without him. He is my rock. That show has had the same effect on me. one day Mark really set me straight when I saw him on FMTV with Ian & Nick talking about the evils of the ones who call themselves "The City of Keene" and it was all about the forced extortion from the many for the few with children in school. I saw the light, the bells went off, etc.
I'll make sure to send that as well!
