Still have to re-sub on Twitch with Amazon Prime?

Hey @FTL_Ian (or anyone), do you know if people still have to re-sub monthly to LRN_FM if they are using their one free Amazon Prime subscription? I know I heard you say this on air but I just went to check and I was still subscribed.

Alternatively, I did subscribe on July 12 when I picked up Prime so maybe it’s monthly based on the subscription date?

Yeah, you gotta re-sub. There should be a handy reminder icon that appears over the video feed - looks like a little crown.

So I’m using Twitch tonight for the first time in a long time. Here are my observations.

  • I got no notice that my free subscription to LRN_FM was “unsubscribed”
  • I resubscribed and got a notice that my subscription will end on Sept 26th. This is 31 days from today.
  • My prime membership is monthly and renews on the 10th so the dates don’t appear to be related.

Just providing the update I said I’d give in my last post.
