The Attorney representing the Hillsborough, NH Police Department, Attorney George Wattendorf, has officially objected to my representing Joa. He strikes me as a nice fellow.

We may be headed to the NH Supreme Court on the ability of non-lawyers to represent others in criminal matters.

My whole position has always been that lawyers themselves cannot attack the system or players in the system when they are wrong/acting improperly. I think the practice of law should be open to anyone who can play by the rules of Professional Conduct.
