We notify law enforcement and first responders via a digital alert (in-car device or mobile app) of the precise location with a full set of contextual information about the incident

I didn’t realize this technology was deploy in NYC.

The listening device pinpointed the shooting at 174th Street and 109th Avenue, and private surveillance video captured the muzzle flashes of five shots fired from the Infiniti, sources said.

I could be wrong, but I think they are using this technology in many areas, including very remote parts of New England. Had an extensive day of shooting way off grid last summer. At the end of the day as soon as it got dark a very loud large engine helicopter flew over where we were camping going real slow and maybe 1000 feet up. Way out of the norm ! I think I could make out the FLIR camera underneath. My guess is that they want to rule out multiple participants which would be a poss red flag (militia activity that might be new ). It was just my wife and me. Never saw them again. Point is: The technology to contain us is getting deeper every day.
