I’ve seen this played on twitch. Looks mostly dull.
I played a solo match yesterday and came in 4th. I think I saw one other player driving by in a vehicle. It’s a game that rewards camping.
The number of simultaneous online players is incredible.
I played one round of Fortnight and came in second. I like PUBG better.

Are these games & movies (Purge) priming people for anarchy? Or making them fearful?
I think it’s just a game. Entertainment mostly.
But it can be a useful training aid. Squad communication, working as a team, use of cover and concealment, proper sight picture, shooting moving targets…
When I was in the army in 1996 going through the US Army Computer Science school, one of the instructors said Doom was used as a training aid for some officers.
