OK… Strike two for this place. Not only did that link not work, did I NOT just state that I was getting dead ends when researching this?? Apparently there was a thread marked "How to deal with Chrono" and it's been moved to an admin area, or deleted. The posts that I'm reading were honest replies and reasonable questions. Since he's listed as a guest now, I'm reasonably sure that his welcome here has expired. Since someone popped in, didn't read my own post very well, and everyone since has replied in one sentence answers… I'm not exactly feeling very welcome myself.
If a simple explanation is asking too much, I can find other places to hang my virtual hat. No harm, no foul.
I honestly don't remember it. If someone describes the user, it might jog my memory of their particular issues.

IIRC, pretty much everything he posted consisted of irrational conspiracy theories and such, coupled with a total unwillingness to actually address any responses which disagreed with his silliness.
