This state rep in West Virginia, Pat McGeehan, caused some controversy by introducing some legislation.

The bill would have prohibited West Virginia Guard units from deploying into active duty combat without an official Declaration of War from the US Congress, or as provided for under the three enumerated powers listed in the “militia clause” of the Constitution.

I think I remember some legislation that would’ve prevented NH National Guard to confiscate guns during a crisis but the cunt who represents my district and her cohorts voted against it, for whatever reason aside from pure statist malice.
