HERE IS OUR NEXT MOVE
TUESDAY: Testify on Amendment to Stop Vaccine Mandates in NH

Non-germane amendment public hearing for HB255
Relative to prohibiting vaccine mandates by New Hampshire employers
Tuesday, November 16th, at 10 a.m.
State House or Legislative Office Building

On Tuesday, the House is accepting public testimony for a measure that would prohibit employers or schools from mandating the COVID-19 vaccine without providing exemptions for religious beliefs, beliefs of conscience, or medical reasons, including previous immunity. The Legislature seems to be listening to our testimony and public outreach over the last year and a half, and now is definitely the right time to show up and show them we’re still here and watching what they do.

It is important we fill the room for this hearing. There are many bills filed for 2022 to deal with vaccine mandates and medical privacy, and the Legislature will gauge the interest from the public on these measures based on attendance. Please be there for this hearing, and bring many friends with you. Even if you don’t wish to speak, you can sign in to support the bill. Bring your laptop or tablet to get your work done while you wait to speak.

If you have been subject to a vaccine mandate, if you’ve had your exemptions denied or accepted, if you’ve been coerced or pressured into vaccination, if you’re concerned about your children having to receive the COVID-19 vaccination to attend school, or if you’re just a concerned citizen, this is the chance to tell your story for the public record and to help mark history with our stance for justice, medical freedom and bodily autonomy.

If you cannot attend the hearing, you can email testimony to: houseeducationcommittee@leg.state.nh.us
EMAIL THE COMMITTEE
For those of you interested in the process mechanics: The hearing is for a “non-germane amendment” to a retained bill, meaning a 2021 bill that was held in committee for further work. If our effort is successful, the amendment would be added to the underlying bill, HB 255, and then would be presented to the whole House for a vote. If passed by the House, it would need to be passed by the Senate and then signed by the governor. This long road for our effort is the very reason we need your involvement, so that our representatives, senators and the governor know that we are serious.
Yes, We Have to Stop the Federal Funds Again!

If you missed the news yesterday, the Executive Council met in the cover of darkness and reversed course, backstabbing the people of New Hampshire by voting to accept the NH DHHS $22.5 million slush fund that threatens state sovereignty and pays for vaccine propaganda and coercion.

So the fight is back on, but it’s not over. This contract still needs to be approved by the N.H. Joint Legislative Fiscal Committee before NH DHHS can get to work spreading their fear and injecting our children, who do not need to be vaccinated because they are not at risk of dying from COVID-19.

Mark your calendar: Their next meeting is Friday, Nov. 19, 2021 at 10 a.m., and we want to pack the room at the State House. Get a jump start by emailing the committee and letting them know that you oppose this federal corporate giveaway that threatens our state sovereignty.

EMAIL FISCAL COMMITTEE
You Can Still Support the “Nine” Who Were Arrested Unjustly

You’ve heard already about the arrest of nine New Hampshire activists at last month’s Executive Council meeting, and now these activists are being arraigned in court at 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, at Concord District Court, 32 Clinton St., Concord N.H. This is an opportunity for you to go and support them and then head over to the State House for the Fiscal Committee meeting.

You may not have heard, but one of the arrest records–the arrest record for Terese Grinnell, in particular–notes that the activist was arrested for saying “Amen” during the meeting. If you find this as egregious as we do and a gross violation of our Constitutional Rights and religious liberty, you can go and support Terese and the other eight who were also unjustly arrested last month.

The fiscal committee voted to accept the federal money. 6-4. The crowd was pissed. I am happy to see common NH citizens rising up.
