Hello everyone, I have been a member of the Free State Project for about a year now, albeit a silent one. I am planning to move to New Hampshire after I get my associates degree sometime this year. I study Communication.
I am currently living in the hellish state New Jersey. It’s a tough place to live in with my ideals; it is a beautiful place aesthetically… I live twenty minutes from the beach. However, there is no sense of community. There is no real discussion of any political nature on a local level beside that of control freaks and mini dictators. People here are apathetic and don’t care about anything of importance. Obviously Keene is the exact opposite, which I admire greatly.
I am a published author. I have been published in literary magazines and as a guest columnist in local newspapers. I’m currently working on a novel. And I may even chronicle my move to New Hampshire by writing a novel about the Free State Project—think On the Road, except about New Hampshire and the Free State movement.
I come up with ideas on all sorts of issues and topics, sometimes it is overwhelming, but reading these forums I know I am in good company in that regard. Perhaps someone from this community can help me cultivate some of my ideas in the future? Who knows.
I’m looking forward to talking with all of you. I am also willing to volunteer my time for a good cause, so shoot me a message if you need some help.
