My name is Richie Freeman

I am a history student living in Pittsburgh. I am investigating direct action within the Free State Project - specifically, the right to objectively document history in public, especially involving public officials. I served in the military for 9 years and spent the majority of my time with US Space Command, I am an FSP signer and will move to Keene upon completion of my dissertation, titled, "Copblocking with Robin Hood in the Shire: A Case for Libertarian Direct Action." (yes, copblocking is a verb)

To understand one must do . . .

I decided it would be better to come to the table with something before I made my introduction on the forum. So, I decided to finally have a few moments of courage and start coplocking to both better understand it and make sure that this is the path in life I want to choose (not to mention all the other reasons to copblock). So for those who blazed this trail before me, this one goes to you -

PS: If anyone is interested in participating in helping document an oral history of the Free State Project, please get in touch with me - even if just to recommend someone with personal stories of the liberty struggle who may like to share them. Thanks!

Would love to read the dissertation when it's ready.  Welcome to the forum.  ;D
