Moving this fall! (take 2)

Hey Gang,

My wife, Erin, and I are moving to the Durham area this fall.

Originally, we're from Maryland where we met working in a restaurant outside University of Maryland, CP.  We moved to Austin, Texas where we helped start the Alliance of Libertarian Left- Austin/Central Texas (you can search for group on facebook).

Unfortunately, Texas has not been good for our allergies.  We have been looking for other places to live and thought NH sounded great.  My wife and I are skeptical of FSP and all attempts to change the system via politics, but we really like living in an area where there is a community of liberty-minded folks.

I found this forum because I had a question about snow tires, 4x4, etc.  In Texas, you don't really need a 4x4, but I wanted to find a forum where I could ask the community what they thought on the matter.

Welcome.  Have you visited FreeKeene.com?  I think you'll see there are people here doing all manner of activism from civil disobedience to noncooperation to street theater to outreach.

UMCP Alumni here! I also worked in a restaurant near the college. Actually, it was in Rockville, but close enough. I'm in New Hampshire now. Great minds think alike!

DOOD!  I almost bought your black/yellow/gadsden flag the other day!

Unfortunately, a reminder that I was in "savings" mode popped up quickly, but it is definitely on my wish list.

I graduated 09' and was president of CP Students for Liberty for a year.

So, you have Bitcoins? Awesome! I can't wait to sell you a flag.

What did you study? Physics here.
