Moving north, need info/help

So it has finally happened… I’m getting my wish to move north…
sort of… I really want to be North of the Notch, but the best I
have now is a transfer to the North Conway Walmart.

However, North Conway is almost expensive as living in Manchester,
and I’d really like to get an apartment a lot cheaper. I have seen some
online for around $1000 / month. Small apartment, I need just about
300 sq ft to live in. Areas around Berlin and Gorham were sometimes
cheaper, but I saw one listing for Whitefield at $795.

So here’s the catch. I need something small, inexpensive, off-street parking,
and an un-shared internet line… and I need it by the beginning of October.
I’m not looking for room-mates.

I’m sure my current management company can give me some leads, but I’m
looking to cover all possibilities. If you know of such places, or people who
know of such places, I would love to get in touch.

It appears that I will be moving to Berlin, working in North Conway.
I have two appointments to see apartments tomorrow (Thursday, 9/18).

Yes, I got an apartment today, in Berlin.

Also, might be of interest to some here… in the Manchester store I currently sell ammunition.
In the North Conway store, I will have to sell firearms. Today I received the results of my
background check for that permission. I’m eligible to sell firearms.
No criminal background, not on any sexual offender list, etc.
I don’t like guns myself, but I will defend others who do.

Today’s the day. I am packing all my stuff in Manchester.
Tomorrow a truck will pick up the stuff I won’t be taking with me, and haul it to the dump, or remove it to their warehouse for further processing (I like these people – see Full-Service Junk Removal | 1-800-GOT-JUNK?).
I will spend one night in a hotel before going north to my new apartment, and a new life.

I don’t know when I will be back online. Maybe I’ll see some of you in the streets, and not even know it. I will explore a bit, then start to connect with others of you in the North Country, and maybe many people who are not on this forum, or even ever heard of the Liberty Community.

Safely ensconced in Berlin, been at work in North Conway at the Walmart there. It’s an hour commute each way, but the drive through the notch is wonderful. I hear it can get tricky during the winter, but I don’t care. That is a truly wonderful, beautiful drive.
Internet was secured Sunday morning.
