Me: Hello Keenians my name is Mathew. I'm 29 years old. For my entire life I have have never given respect to anyone who hadn't previously earned it. This lead to my lack of respect for almost all authority and to a lack of conformity. I been told many times I am overly analytical. I can see how this can be a fault in an age of ignorance but I consider it a strength. In my teenage years the state gave me a suspicious title of "Oppositional defiant" that they dubbed a disorder. Strangely once you turn 18 this "disorder" magically vanishes. I attempted to get into politics during the 2000 presidential elections when it was GWB Jr's first run against Al Gore. Having witnessed the recount that turned the election in his brothers state, I quickly became disillusioned that such actions had any real effect. I lingered on dodging the man to the best of my ability and learning to bleed the beast dry, a decision I made after being homeless and given a 500$ fine for attempting to sleep on a park bench… then being accused of several crimes in the process(destruction of property, loitering, trespassing). At this time I was rather uneducated as to why our state was evil, but certain it was. Sometime in 2011 I became captivated with what I saw to be an honest politician named Ron Paul who was running for presidency. I took much of what he said to heart and happy that I did. I no longer seek to restore a republic however… I now believe that anytime you give someone else power over your life you will not be treated fairly. I am some form of anarchist, I like the idea of contract laws. I believe every signed contract should have a section that regards actions that will take place if the contract is not fulfilled. I believe there is more then I can do then simply speaking my mind. I been watching over Keene for sometime and the opportunity to join your community has presented itself. This being said I am unsure of my acceptance into such a community based on one thing, the bleeding of the beast. If the more resources the fed gov has the more resources it spends on tyranny… wouldn't the logical thing to do be drain its resources anyway possible?
This is being submitted as first draft straight from the heart. Lets hear you Keene.
Edit: I hate typos:)
Keene activists have a long history of noncooperation and civil disobedience. The beast is still pretty healthy though. There is much to be done - if you are peaceful you are welcome.
Welcome. I also like Ron Paul. There are 100s of honest politicians or potential politicians in NH.
I don't have a major issue with you bleeding the federal beast dry since there is no way 1 or even 100 of us could do anything to reform it. State law isn't that hard to change as many of us here know. We're written good laws, passed good laws and stopped bad laws. Also, the more welfare you take from the state and local government, the more pressure there is to increase taxes, those hurting everyone in the state. There is no direct connect between federal spending and federal taxes since the federal government has the reserve currency of the world, which allows it to operate completely in a fantasy world.
