It’ll help against a non-airborne virus as well as the masks all the lemmings are wearing, so why not?
While it will effectively prevent you from touching your face, it will offer zero protection against anything in the air, and it won’t address the main goal of mask rules: protecting others from the wearer. Whatever the law says, if I had a store with a mask rule (not debating whether or not that is a good idea), I would not accept such masks unless they were combined with a replaceable filter. And there’s a great business opportunity for someone…
