HB 1283 would prohibit DUI checkpoints in NH. It has already passed the house. This is full video of the senate judiciary hearing on the bill, featuring libertarian rebuttals to the head of Mothers Against Drunk Driving!

i’ve been downloading these but it’s taking me a while to listen to them since one generally has to listen on headphones or right next to the speaker to understand very well. Probably I will hear crazy claims by authoritarians, and those will be interesting enough to share with local talk radio just by calling in about them. thanks for being out there in the fight guys.
Dave, I boost the audio significantly with these hearings. There shouldn’t be problems with audio being low. It’s room audio, so it’s not the best overall, but levels shouldn’t be a problem.
