My name is Wallace Nolen. I am not new to the Shire Society/Free Keene. I am an activist living in Vermont but I am active in all parts of the US, Canada and abroad.
As many of you know I have a background in law and am a very active litigator especially issues involving "Right to Know Laws", "Freedom of Information" and access to public records. I also am involved in civil rights activism including the filing of non-frivolous litigation in federal and state courts where I have won a very large number of cases.
