Introduction from a founder of the libertarian movement

My name is Donald Meinshausen and I helped found the libertarian movement when I organized the draft card burning at the 1969 YAF convention which is regarded as the dramatic beginning of our movement by Brian Doherty in his book about us called "Radicals for Capitalism".  I write for many libertarian blogs and am on Facebook and have a blog at fr33 agents. I'm known for writing on strategy for the tax revolt, legalization the black market as well as my humor. I'm looking to visit or move to NH when I find work. I'm a former political prisoner for my unauthorized shamanism involving hemp and psychedelics. I also write for Pagan blogs where my humor, songs and poetry is published. I look forward to an exchange of ideas and networking.

Welcome to the forum Donald!  I look forward to your insight and participation.

Great to see you here!  You may remember me (under somewhat different moniker) from Laissez-Faire Books, ca. 1986-89.  One of the greatest surprises I've had since making the move was the low number of long-timers and old familiar faces from the years gone by.  I can't believe any of them believe they belong anywhere but here!

Wow! That's badass.

Why do you think that is?  Just complacent?  Too comfy in their cages?

Welcome, freedon - this forum becomes more distinguished over time!  Hope you can get here in person sooner rather than later.

I have no idea, but hold on to that last thought, I think it's getting close to an explanation!
