introduction and query

Greetings this my Introduction.

I’m trying to get some information for my son who is currently being held on an IEA in concord NH.

Apparently they have a courtroom in the hospital there?

At any rate this is a result of his mother’s petition who is a well known character in the area, who’s a professor and advice column writter in the sentinel.

Her story is that a “friend of friend of my sons” (yes 3rd level here-say) reported that he “said” that “he should kill himself”.

He is not and has not been suicidal at all ever and continues to recieve prolonged stints between “hearings” containing doctors and lawyers who specifically work for the state in this arena. (Isn’t this considered a conflict of interest?).

I speculate that this is the result of a personal relationship between his mother and several high ranking officials in the NH court system, MFS, and whatever other sub structure is involved in this continued clear violation of my sons rights.

I would be happy to recieve emails from the propritor of this forum, as my son suggested he knew some of the involved people who initiated its creation.

Any advice, or pointing un the direction of an attorney who handles these types of cases would be much appreciated.

Thanks Again

-Jake

Hi Jake,

I’m not sure who your son is. I haven’t heard anyone being locked up like this except for J…, but as far as I know he was in and out with a pretty quick turn around. However he was trying to get services and told the only way to do so was via this system. After being transferred he was basically told they don’t offer the services he was looking for, didn’t cooperate with them, and was then released and a bit of push back given his wrongful incarceration of a sort (ie not legal, but ‘commitment’ I guess). As far as I know he’s not been locked up again for reasons as similarly described. However I haven’t spoken to him in the last 24 hours so I don’t know for sure.

The proprietor of the forums is currently caged at the Devens Spiritual Retreat in Massachusetts.

If you want to reach out to Ian Freeman you can write to him via snail mail. How to do so is here:

Greetings!

I have actually lived the full New Hampshire Hospital experience back in 2016. I was there for 8-months getting treatment for mental illness. It was a difficult stay but they basically saved my life there.

I can’t say enough positive things about the organization.

I’m pretty well educated on RSA Chapter 135-C… the laws that regulate the function of the NHH.

Yes, the Concord Probate Court has a courtroom inside the facility.

What kind of questions do you have?

Respectfully,

Bradley
