Not sure, looks like a multiplication table with 3 variables. If that is the case then X=Y=Z=1 is the only solution which works for all variables, which makes this seem… Odd

If someone new were to post this as their intro, I don't think it would be acceptable.  

Ah, forgot about that previous post.  I just wanted to get my post count >0 (to avoid deletion) without identifying myself, but I guess that cat's already left the bag.

In any case, it's the Cayley table for the Klein 4-group, so it is a multiplication table of sorts, as Triffith guessed.  But x,y,z are not variables to be solved for.  For those interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_(mathematics)
