Is there a fund that helps people who can move get there?
Yes – Mark from FTL has started the Free State Now project, which basically is a calling program to help market the Free State Project and convince liberty-oriented people to move.

That is a good suggestion. Better to put money into recruiting people who will move than subsidizing people who want to move, but don't have the means.

Ian's comment was more of what I had in mind, helping people who are able to move, but just need a little help.

I agree. I wouldn't actually encourage anyone to move without having the means and ideally some money saved up to cover expenses until you can get some income going.
