I propose that every bill that is introduced in the NH legislature, must be read in the voice Darryl Perry (http://darrylwperry.com/bio/) uses on FTLive to read laws, regulations, and statutes.

I think that will give them the proper gravitas that they deserve.

All the govt lawyers should have to run their verbiage by Darryl too. They would all quit after a month.
