I just signed up!

Hello, friends.

I just got back from my first liberty forum and I can't begin to put into words how wonderful it was to be surrounded by so many friendly, welcoming, freedom-loving individuals.

Unfortunately I live in New York City, and I'm going to be residing here for at least two more years while finishing school.  But I'm looking forward to making the move to Keene (or a nearby town) as soon as I can, and meanwhile making frequent trips up to New Hampshire.

Some of you may know me, but for those who don't, I'm a musician (piano, voice, composition), and I have written some pro-liberty music that can be found at http://www.hhmusic.net and eventually will be available at http://www.hanarchist.com

I am considering going up to Free Keene Fest in April.  Is it worth it?

-Hannah "Hanarchist" Hoffman

That's wonderful Hanna. I hope you enjoyed your stay in NH. This year will be my first Free Keene Fest. But by the looks of the videos out there, it's definitely looks like a fun time. ;D

Hard to say… many of the same people, much smaller and shorter event.  Up-to-you whether that's worth the 8-10 hours you'll spend driving to and from.

Cool…it was good to see you again.

Don't forget about the massive freedom party in MA too.  She can attend both.  If the weather is good, maybe 2000 this year at the party in MA.  I know less than 900 people have RSVPed Attend but it is weeks away and that is just FB.  Plus, there are also 500+ maybes.

True, and 420 and Social Sundays follow the Free Keene Fest, so there's a full day on Sunday.

My mom and I are going to drive up to Amherst together for the "extravaganja" event on the preceding Saturday, and then I'll hitch a ride with someone to Keene and take a train back on Sunday after Free Keene Fest.  No social sunday for me this time, though - I have school the next morning.  :frowning:

Can't wait to see everyone.

Quick, Ian, plan a Karaoke event for Saturday night

Great to meet you Hannah. You're coming to PorcFest right?

digitalfour:  Yes, absolutely.

You should do that.

I gotta say, people have some really great username choices on this forum. Hanarchist–I love it!

Hey, Hannah is here!
Welcome to the shire.

Hey Lauren!

Sorry I didn't get a chance to perform for you at LF.  There will definitely be something going on at porcfest.

Welcome to the forum Hannah!

Hannah forgot to mention she is allergic to nuts.

I plan on going to Yankee Lanes for karaoke on Saturday regardless of any event.  It has been like 3 weeks, I'm jonesin'.

Oh dear, she should stay away from this place then.

In any case, welcome Hanarchist.
