Hello,
After a friend in Pcola tolb me about Ian's couch incident, I have been following FTL, and the events of the FSP. I made the decision to prepare to come up to NH, and after getting engaged, and Barzky getting arrested, I decided I needed to come up now. 
I arrived in NH on monday, after errantly visiting VT and almost Canada.
Drove up from Pensacola, FL. I think God wanted me to come up here because 2 things happened on the way:
1) My car that got 9-10mpg was getting 37-39mpg all the way up. Instead of spending the planned 500-600 of fuel, I only spent 100.
2) My car also leaked no oil until tuesday, when I lost a quart in one day.
While in Pensacola, I worked on a newsletter, the Panhandle Patriot, and did some protests, and got involved in politics, even copied the porc411 down there, but nothing was moving. It was not as if things were just moving slowly, things were not moving (or rather, with all the cameras going up, backwards). It felt as if only 2 people were doing something there (the other person is moving up next year, with his tv show. :D).
Anyways, now that I am up here, I am hoping to get a tech related job, like I had before. If not… perhaps Ill try to make a job for me.
Welcome to Keene! How about your fiance? Is he/she coming up, too?
Someone else is bringing a TV show up? That's great news. Is he coming to Keene as well?
In regards to your newsletter, some activists have expressed an interest in doing a local paper/publication of some sort. Maybe something to look at once you get settled in?

is there anyone I should get together with? I am still working on the pensacola one… sortof, but don't mind switching to keene.
I don't know if my friend is coming to keene specifically, but I did suggest it to him.
And my fiance is moving when she is my wife, on 5/30 :D.
Coconut: Its all wrong. Its my first time here. Anyway I think only psychopaths can't take a joke or make fun of themselves, but for some background: I had a lot of people questioning if moving here was the right thing to do, and my parents pretty rained down doom from above :). Well, no doom happened, only the opposite of what they wished for me: killer gas mileage and no oil leaks.
Suggestion: Post a new thread in the activism forum about your intentions and they will likely approach you to help. I'd like to look at sponsorship opportunities for Free Keene and/or affiliation with Free Keene - syndicating articles or even naming:
Zine.FreeKeene.com, or whatever.
I want to create a media entity that provides better news than the Sentinel, and I think we could work together. Ian, would you be willing to point news.freekeene.com to my server where I can develop it? I can see that subdomain is already in use, but regarding news, that subdomain is by far the best option. I could put a message on the news site linking to group.freekeene.com if you would be willing to move the Google group.
AB, what kind of things can you do? Personally, I'm interested in managing the website and writing the occasional news article or commentary.
IOBright: I can do photography, web design (wordpress, drupal or pretty much anything i spend time on), and paper layout. I could also run around and do some articles, etc. If we use articles from freekeene, we could start as early as this week i think.

This day will forever be: Antijingoistmas. Where we will run our cars all day in celebration while stacking presents under it to always remember that the oil didn't leak.
