Hi I'm Hx otherwise known as Hank Xavier but you can call me Hx. Older than 30, much younger than 40, hot as hell rant master and street poet for profit. I spit rhymes and move dimes, usually through my lungs. Owner of antigov.info, soon to be personal blog site. Co-Owner and lead designer at webdevdudes.com. Pro-weed, pro-need. I'm the anti-fed. I reject all government except fully informed juries. I refuse to acknowledge government in any way, neither in participation nor protest. I work for cash and metals and trade only. No checks, no credit cards. I'm biometric like the last inspected message I inflected to be memetically infected. I am as quick to anger as I am to help. I love small animals. I both hate and love freely and muchly. I'm a 5 year radio broadcasting veteran, former street activist turned entrepreneurial industrialist. I got beat the fuck up by a legion of pigs in NYC 2004 RNC. I lead the myspace 9/11 Truth group to become the largest of its kind online with over 33k members at its peak. I fucking hate racists and bigots and bullies of all shapes and sizes, the bigger the better so I get more points. They call me Captain Save-a-Hoe. I'm an ancap individualist happy to compete with other ideologies in absence of the state, including religious. Ian makes me happy when he yells at officials. Will move to NH ASAP. I advocate maximum violence in self defense of person and property. I am radically anti-abortion and believe that life imprisonment penalties for murder prescribed by full informed juries should apply to anyone involved. Loved the content out of porcfest10. Openly gay, pro-breeder. I totally support heterosexuality as a perfectly normal and necessary functioning human mechanic and encourage all heterosexuals to be open and honest about their heterosexuality. Married under common law for 15+ years and am publicly against "Gay Marriage". I am in full support of the outing of any public official seeking to legislate against the freedom of gay people if they are themselves gay. I like comic books, film and brilliant TV series. I'm open source. I'm creative commons. I'm me.
Thanks
I'm also up really late. Or really early depending on where your eyelids have been in the last few minutes. Its 530am, do you know what your eyelids are doing? Don't ask them in public. Or do and I will write you in the hospital. Pen pals! Effin sweet story bro! ??? :duh:
Welcome, Hx. (how would you pronounce that? Hex, or Aych-Ex?)
You'll certainly keep life interesting.
welcome sir I'm newly introducing myself as well!
Welcome to the forum. It would be cool if you came to Keene sometime. Maybe I could talk to you about your hate of certain types of people. Personally, I find that love, understanding and peace works well.
One of the better introductions I've seen. Welcome!
And Keith, live it don't preach it. That tends to be more persuasive. :) I don't always follow my own advice but I'm gonna try.

OK, sorry Hank and Dale
No big deal. I feel that hate, derision, moral condemnation, and refusal of commercial and/or social association are necessary elements in a free society. After all, if a pig slaps cuffs on me, I'm not going to love him very much. If a person kicks a puppy, I am going to hate them. If some moron is selling coke to kids I'm going to condemn them. Etc…
But to each their own and it takes all kinds because many hands make light work. Never judge a man until you walk a mile in their shoes or you'll be barking up the wrong tree.
I also moonlight as a superhero
CLICHEMAN!!

Regarding moral condemnation, and perhaps refusal of association, I agree. Hate and derision, no.

I think showing love in this situation can be extremely powerful. Not approval of the behavior, but love of the person.

Do you think hating them is likely to help them reform? Wouldn't it be better to speak to this person, and try to influence them for the better?

Condemn the behavior, absolutely, but I think it's better to hope for someone to reform themselves, than to hate them as a person.
