I found the site through the Ridley Report. That question was asked (and answered) when I filled out questions at this site.

I find it interesting, but mostly a bunch of paranoia. I’m certain that it has happened from time to time, but the main problem with “the gubment did it” theories is that it leads down “rabbit holes” that lead nowhere useful.

To many people claiming this to be “conspiracy theory” or “paranoia”. Have you researched Zersetzung.
