hello, I'm sam. I found out about freekeene and the Free State Project via videos on youtube, most notably RidleyReport. I like a lot of the ideas and the approach that many of you are using. I would like to come participate or at the very least observe some of what I've been watching on youtube or reading about in the forums.
I'm currently living in Southern Indiana. I've been applying to several jobs in NH and looking for rooms/apartments.
Awesome man! I look forward to seeing you in NH. Do you know where in NH you want to live?
From what I've heard it's much easier to get a job when you're in New Hampshire. You may want to consider saving up enough that you'd be relatively comfortable during your job search (if you haven't already). Don't let that stop you from searching for a job online, just know that it will probably take longer. Here's a few websites I've been visiting for my job search.
nhjobs.com
jobsinnh.com
indeed.com (my favorite)
I don't like using craigslist because there is soo much phishing going on. Identity theft = hell
There is a topic dedicated to jobs as well.

I've been looking on those first 2 links but I'll check out indeed.com. I'm sure it will be easier to find something once I'm there, so yeah I will most likely save some money first and find an apartment. But I have still been looking around for jobs online.
Having never been to New Hampshire I don't yet have a preference of where in NH I'd want to live. I've been looking for jobs in Keene and Manchester area mostly.
As a beer and wine/mead maker, I'd eventually like to have a place in the country and keep bees and grow berries and hops. For now though, I'll settle for renting an apartment or room in the city.
