Quite. Do you think Neil might post a counter-point to his arguments? I wrote something up on IP and profiting from media in the internet age a while back, and have yet to find a good place to put it.

Hmm. On review of the document, it was more about profiting from "public goods" in general… it assumes IP is toast. I would have to write up a new one… which I would gladly do, If Neil would give me the space to present my ideas.

I have never seen any evidence of Ken Holder refusing to print submissions to The Libertarian Enterprise because they disagree with Neil. If yours is the first, I want to know about it. Tomorrow is the deadline to get in this Sunday's edition. See http://ncc-1776.org/article-submit.html'

That said, I HAVE seen Ken holding articles until later because he has too much to include. Usually, though, he has the opposite problem.
