So, circumstances of life have put me in a place where I can move soon, if I so desire.

I really have been thinking about the FSP for sometime, and Keene seems keen!

Are there places to crash and employment opportunities?

(I would be coming on a "wing and a prayer", so to say…)

There are places to crash and employment opportunities.  Keene may have more places to crash than anywhere in NH.  Although, I guess that depends on what you are looking for.

The economy in Keene a better than the vast majority of the US but the market is also small.  Keene is a very small city, so don't expect employment opportunities like Boston, MA or even Manchester, NH.

Thank you for the replies, and the kind offer, Sam.

I am trying to firm up financial details from work; I should be getting more of a picture by the middle of August.

I also have an interview for a part time position at a local casino. Depending on what comes around by mid-August, I may stay here through the winter to save funds.

I will keep it updated as I know more.
