My name is Jeff and I live in St.Louis. Firstly, I came upon this forum by googling for "cops oath" and the first hit was a 4-24-2009 freekeene forum topic on "cops oath", but I would like to share some knowledge that could be helpful to the people of freekeene.
I will keep this short. 1)Our public servants have limited immunity, not unlimited immunity, to prosecution from their wrongdoings. 2)We are not supposed to be paying fines for victimless crimes, eg. parking tickets, red light tickets, etc.
3)We have more rights than are written in the Constitution. These are our common law rights. So what?
If I stab you, you are the victim. If I steal your car, you are the victim. If I get a parking ticket, who is the victim? If I drive without insurance and get caught, who is the victim? The essence of your common law rights is that there has to be a victim. I had been learning to write motions from an attorney when I discovered the common law is still here for me, and you.
More of us have to learn this to escape and end the matrix. www.1215.org can teach you this. I am not affiliated with this site. Good luck. After you learn some of the material on 1215.org, go to www.section520.org for other eye-opening information.

Stick around, I think you will find most here do not believe in victimless crime, but believe in natural rights
And hey, if you can, make plans to move to NH!
I do want to move from Missouri.
The common law is superior to statute law and city ordinances. If you believe in natural rights, is that the same as believing in natural law? If that is the case, then natural law and the common law may have the same philosophy behind them.
Welcome, JForSure. Thanks for the info. Another site with eye-opening information and discussions is forum.freekeene.com. Check 'em out. And as long as you're here, check out our blog, too: FreeKeene.com

Common law would probably be a lot closer to something I'd believe in then what we have now. Perhaps you can tell me – I believe that there should be no such thing as victimless crimes, and that those who have comitted a crime with a victim should be taken to a court of arbitration by their accuser, where, if the person is guilty, restitution can be determined.
When you file a complaint or cross-complaint using the common law, the court is yours :). The judge cannot make decisions like a judge would do now in a municipal court. You also set the restitution. Most modern lawyers do not know the common law; it is not taught in college. The common law was given to us by England before the signing of the Constitution. It is binding upon all those who take an oath to obey the Constitution, except they do not know this or they do not care.
I must point out my definition of a victimless crime: no damaged party or victim. When I get a parking ticket in St.Louis, who is the victim? Not the city of St.Louis. There is no victim. The city has no right to give me a ticket, period.
Here in St.Louis, we also have park curfew ordinances. The city had no right to restrict usage of the parks. When you receive a ticket or are arrested for being in the park after curfew hours, who is the victim or damaged party? There is none.
But since you received the ticket or were jailed, you now have standing to file a complaint. The info on 1215.org will give you freedom. You are taught what to do in court.

How can something be binding on someone if they don't know about it? If I don't know about something, I cannot agree to it, therefor I cannot be bound to it.
Don't give a public servant an excuse. They should know about the Constitution, Magna Carta and the Common Law. In the Constitution, what do you think the phrases "at law" and "in law" means.
Since you brought up contracts, what about the income tax contract? Did anybody tell you that your signature on a w-4 is what obligates you to pay up? If you did not know about it…

I agree with all this, and your definition of victim-less crime. Well said :).
Thank you.
Our municipal courts follow the Roman civil law. Do what I say is the
name of that game. The common law our forefathers gave us can
stop the never-ending fines that we are forced to pay.
I'm rambling. :duh:
'sup Jeff. Glad you found this place.

Hopefully I will be in the same position as you…I really want to move! I am going to start pricing what my furniture will go for and see how much cash i can come up with. I want to take a trip out there first but I may just make the jump.
Hi, Rabbit20
Here is an impowering and important passage from the site where in I learned
about the common law:
After the Declaration of Independence, but before the ordainment and establishment of the Constitution, the people of the United States pretty much handled their own affairs using the common law. They were not subject to any higher authority other than the authority of the common law as administered by the people themselves (self governance). Although the states did exist, they only existed by the authority of the people. Every man was a king, and every woman a queen–and none had any subjects.

It almost makes you cry when you realize what has been hidden from us. Good luck to all people.
