Hi- my name is Jeff

I live in Oregon, and am moving to keene within 6 months.  I was going to move to the seacoast, but I as a voluntarist, I believe that the activism around Keene would suit me better.  My wife is also a member of the fsp, and is a voluntarist.  I am super excited to get out there, I follow as much as I can online, (however limited that may be), and I plan on dedicating a lot of time to activism once I am there.

I look forward to participating.

welcome!  what part of oregon you from?  i moved here from portland, but i was born in boring (near sandy and estacada).  you will be AMAZED at how liberal oregon is compared to new hampshire… i never realized it had become THAT socialist.  my wishes for a safe (and speedy) journey to the soon-to-be free state!!!

Yeah I am from Portland/ Beaverton, my wife from estacada. She really wants a small town place to live, and settle down, and I do as well.  I believe that big cities create dependence on the system, and become a bit of a bubble from what things actually are.  As far as socialism is concerned, I spent a year in Utah,  Holy cow, they are crazy there. but it is pretty bad here in oregon as well.

So having lived in both places, how is NH compared to Oregon?  weather?  beurocracy? building codes? ect?
