Hello, excellent and admirable libertarians.
I'm a Norwegian who recently discovered this forum while investigating the Free State Project online. I'm very much a libertarian myself, and have enthusiastically followed the campaigns of Ron Paul ever since I became aware of him in 2007. The main reason why I registered at this forum is to keep myself informed of the activities that take place in the libertarian community of New Hampshire, as I hope to one day relocate there myself. As a Norwegian I'm already adapted to the climate, if nothing else.
As for my peculiar username… as I pondered what to call myself, I heard bacon sizzling in the background and had to go turn it.
I'm very into paleo and primal living as advocated by Mark Sission. Aside from that I enjoy survivalism/preparedness, and am an active runner, swimmer, kayaker, climber, skier, and marksman. Love the outdoors, though I'm also a bit of a geek and work in IT.
In any case, I look forward to exploring the forum and following your discussions in the time ahead. If things go according to plan, I expect I'll be able to join you in New Hampshire in 3-4 years.

I hope I'll be able to attend PorcFest for the first time this year, but it all depends on whether it works with my new job and when I can get time off. If I can't attend this year, I at least expect I'll be able to attend the following years.
P.S. While exploring the PorcFest website a bit more, I discovered the absolutely most appropriate avatar for me.
Hello, You can always tell a Norwegian, but you can't tell
him much. ;D At least thats what my friend Rolph used to tell me.

Hehe, haven't heard that one before. What does it even mean—that we're easy to spot and can't be trusted? :o
I think he meant you could always spot the big
tall pasty rough guy, but don't bother telling him any thing he already knows. ;D
