It’s not about morality, it’s about conservative cultural pressure that exists without religion. Those cranky yankees in NH are not budging, even though they’re surrounded by freer States (and Canada). That’s really why, as a conservative Christian, Jason Sorens loved it! No need to worry much about “libertines” changing things to a socialist mindset if people are so stuck up already without going to church.
The state was ridiculous and as outdated as you would expect. It’ll be a shock if the court rules in the state’s favor here.
