Do you really want freedom ? Independence

did someone say “Secession

Not often enough. We need a Secession Party!

The Libertarian Party is cool too, but that’s for fixing Normieland - a clusterfuck of 320+ million people with average IQ of 98 and falling, and it doesn’t even want to be fixed.

Secession will create new models that will lead by example, and deny normie commies the unlimited ability to tax. Then the inside-the-system politics will be able to accomplish something. One hand washes the other.

Are you aware you come across abrasive and unpleasant to speak with?

Doesn’t matter. Voluntary in ignorance and voluntary in complete understanding are both still voluntary. Whether it is voluntary or not is what matters.

Marriage: Either one or the other owns a thing. Yes, it can be ‘pending’ deciding who owns something that can be taken to arbitration if all else fails. Nevertheless, a real individual has ownership.

Family: Same, one of the individuals owns a thing; the decision of which, may be pending.

Small Business: Same. Split ownership is possible by contracts, but it’s all laid out who owns what percentage or what specific things and their means to voluntarily withdraw their portion of ownership.

Corporations: State created legal abstraction. Ridiculous to pretend an abstraction owns anything. (Look at all the trouble and dodging of justice it has lead to.)

Residential Community: Sounds like all contractual relationship to me. I see one of two types you could be referring to: either a contractual ownership similar as a business (then see above) or a socialism abstraction in which case the notion is ridiculous, just look at all the failed socialism for evidence where that leads.

Libmania: I know nothing about it so can’t comment. Ditto Liechtenstein. Fall back to: is everything voluntary?

United States: State created legal abstraction. Ridiculous notion that it owns anything and look at all the trouble it has lead to. This abstraction ‘owns’ half or more of the land in the West, no real people can build things like a factory upon such land, or farm it, or raise cattle (see the whole Bundy situation), or build a mine, nor even purchase. It’s now all dead ‘ownership’ by an abstraction. Some desk jockey political appointment will be selling it piecemeal to highest foreign bidders (and it is this guy who in effect will have been the ‘owner’ in actual affect.)

You can have the business partnership by contract; all voluntary. Same with a family, either using an actual contract or relying on cultural custom and arbitration. Still, actual individuals own everything.

I don’t know what “their rights” are, so I have no idea. Why did they come into my house if they didn’t want to be in it? This example is confusing and ambiguous.

Anyone can make claim in error, such as the fools you speak of. When they say this to you, ask them by what authority they can force you to leave where they are saying you have to leave. Do they have a reason that will stand up in arbitration (and no, I do not refer to monopoly arbitration, which isn’t actual arbitration due to the monopoly.)

I was using the definition of “anything” in the meaning of “everything”. Ex: A society can not allow you leave and so is non-voluntary and using force. While, another society can allow you leave but taxation is non-voluntary and so is, also, non-voluntary and is using force.

Secession, I agree, is one activity that is a possibility that may help get us where we wish to be. However, it doesn’t invalidate that educating and informing others is also, all you have to do is show someone how they are worse off due to govt and–unless they are self-destructive–will cease to support or condone it in response.
