this video might be of use to some. switched to linux is primarily a linux related you tube channel, but the channel owner has a phd in molecular toxicology, and has a practicing doctor for a guest. they are looking at peer reviewed documents on the current corona virus. they also look at things like current internet “cures” .
the main thing is getting vitamin D as its a immune booster, and is in short supply in the winter months, due to people trying to stay warm (via clothing/staying indoors). in the summer much more skin is exposed to sunlight and people spend more time outdoors.
