Coordinating U.S. independence movments?

Just listening to a 1989 speech on Baltic independence drives and apparently activists in all 3 republics coordinated pretty closely against the Soviets. I used to think focusing on anything in TX or CA was going off mission but maybe we should take the lesson from history. What would be the best place on the internet for bringing all the peaceable U.S. indie movements together in public written communication?

Shire society is already too much of a central point of failure i fear…

if you worry about one point of failure on the internet … then I don’t know how we centralize in one place
