Charlotsville - Deandre Harris, Corey Long and Harold Crews

It appears that the Deandre Harris, Corey Long and friends wanted to take and burn flags during the protests in Charlottesville on August 12 . It looks like the garage brawl starts when Corey Long attempts to take a confederate flag from Harold Crews. Deandre Harris attempts to help Corey by hitting Harold in the head with a maglite, turning it into an attempted robbery.

Harold Crews, the guy who was the target of the robbery attempt, is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina.

So far two people have been arrested for attacking Deandre Harris after the robbery attempt, Alex Michael Ramos, and Daniel Patrick Borden. It looks like the FBI was involved in their arrests.

“Daniel Borden and his family have cooperated fully with the FBI in its investigation of the events in Charlottesville,” Berberich said in a statement. “When Dan was advised yesterday afternoon that a warrant for his arrest had been issued by Virginia authorities, he immediately surrendered himself to the FBI and, later, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.”

Deandre got busted with weed and guns while waiting for his trial.

I guess he didn’t have bail conditions saying he couldn’t have guns, even though he was originally charged with a violent felony.

He didn’t get charged for the weed.

The State does what is best for the State and its business partners. It is cheaper to not instigate a riot by not arresting him.

Yeah. The state does seem to know how to keep the masses appeased.

Looks like the state arrested another counter protester.

“We demand that the commonwealth’s attorney and the Charlottesville Police Department immediately drop the charges against Mr. Blakney and cease the racist targeting and harassment of people of color who bravely confront white supremacist violence,”

How much time do child molesters get in VA? Less than people responding to the initiation of force…

But Deandre dindo nuffin.

The media really does push a specific narrative, but I’m not even sure they know they are doing it.

He was caught on video August 12 beating DeAndre Harris in a parking structure during the demonstrations near the University of Virginia. Harris was initially charged as well, but the local prosecutor dropped the charges.

Did Chris beat his charges yet?

No.

Looks like Daniel Borden entered an Alford plea.

What is the opposite of jury nullification, where they find you guilty regardless of the facts?

Lynching

Community activists wiped tears from their eyes and hastily left the courthouse when Judge Robert Downer sentenced Long to 360 days in jail, with all but 20 suspended, after Commonwealth’s Attorney Joe Platania advocated for no jail time.

“I find that this behavior was very serious,” Downer said when he went against the prosecutor’s recommendation.
