Hi. I am a mid-50's out of shape dude who used to win many 5ks with ease back in the early '90s when I was a 40 year old youngster. I live in Wasilla, and YES, I know Sarah Palin from before she ever won elective office and she was an operative for the Wasilla sales tax through WoW (Watch on Wasilla), a local grow your government group of wanna be trough feeders at the city coffers. I was Sarah's first political victim, losing that election by 26 votes as I recall. (If I had changed the minds of 14 voters, I would not have the current phalanx of Wasilla cops and bureaucrats infesting my environs.)
I first sent money to Ron Paul in the 1970's after I heard about him through some hard money literature, and I was a bit helpful to libertarian causes for a number of years. My kids are all intensely hard-core pro-freedom advocates, and although my daughter is not a Randroid, she did name my only (so far!) grandaughter "Dagny"!
I visited New Hampshire and specifically Keene briefly last month and I was very pleased with the area. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to move to such a far-away place as I have family and friends in the West. I may pull it off by making everyone move with me, but that is a bit of a stretch. Still, no matter where I am, I will be a Keeniac citizen.
I have been intensely aware of free society projects since I became a freedom monger in my late-teens, such as the New Hebrides, Eluthera, that sea mount thingy in the Pacific that Tonga destroyed, the floating city idea that sunk on funding, and of course the FSP that decided on the distant state of NH. I even mentioned the FSP to Varrin Swearington at the nazional Repuke convention in MN a couple of years ago without realizing he was an apostle of the project! LMAO!
Anyhow, since I am probably more sane than most, you should have no issues with my posts into your forums.
Oh! I found you a long time ago because it was easy, and I am not a narc! "NaN" to you programmers :P.
Bests,
Dave in Wasilla, AKA captainelectron.
BTW, to move to NH, I probably need to get my Son to move there first, which would mean my spouse would be willing to move there because of the family in the area, and then that would mean my daughters would move there as well to be near Daddy Warbucks (me). So please compliment my Son on his music and tell him he would be appreciated in New Hampshire somewhere. His website is here: http://chrismcgraw.com/
Who knows, maybe we'll start a revolution that will eventually shake the World out of its Statist coma right there on that wide main street of quaint little Keene.
lol, nice intro!
welcome
Libertarians never cease to crack me up!
