Anyone into sugaring

Been sugaring for about 5 years now. I’ve been out in the woods running tubing this week. I’ll probably tap the first, most likely second week of February. My biggest year was 13 gallons. This year with my new setup. I’m hoping for 60 gallons.

I make birch syrup too. Although I may skip that this year. If you think maple is a lot of work. Birch is 10x harder.
