Hello everying. I've been aware of FSP for a while, and toyed with the idea of moving to NH for years now. But, this year, this election; things have finally come to a head. The blatantly fraudulent treatment of liberty candidates such as Gary Johnson and Ron Paul this election season has well and truly hacked me off. I have committed to moving to NH by September 2013 at the very latest. I'm ready to get in to the cause of Liberty in a big way. I'm in my 30's now, and in the course of my life I've gradually moved from Apathy, to Liberal, to Conservative, and finally to Libertarian. It's been a pretty convoluted journey, though I'm sure not as much as some others. I'm definitely do not claim to know everything; in fact, I know I have huge amounts to learn to further my understanding.
About myself, I'm from Iowa originally, but I've lived in Tennessee for the last ten and one half years and I am entirely sick of it. I'll just say that technology is my hobby, and fitness is my addiction. In the past 18 months I've gone from being a fat nerd to being a fit nerd; and let me tell you that it is much more difficult than simply changing an "a" to an "i". Since March 2011 I've lost 85 pounds, turned my health around, and discovered a passion for helping and guiding others to do the same. I am in the midst of accumulating certifications from accredited institutions in order to become a fitness professional, building a solid business as a health coach and personal trainer; and eventually opening my own fitness club.
When it comes to activism, I'm not into civDis personally, though I am definitely not a conformist. I am interested in getting in to politics at a state and perhaps federal level in the long term; though as I said, I have much to learn first. For now, I just want to live my life, ply my trade, do cool things, meet cool folks, and get nice stuff; with a minimum of interference from the State. I want to live free, let live, and prosper. I'm looking at the Nashua, Salem, Exeter areas, as well as Plaistow, Seabrook, and Portsmouth; so anyone in or about those places feel free to friend me! Well, actually, anyone can friend me.

Welcome! It's great to see more and more folks making the leap to move. By the end of Porcfest this year, I kept telling everyone we'd be in NH by Christmas 2013, and suddenly the opportunity opened up and now we'll be there the 28th of this month! So who knows, maybe you'll be able to move sooner than you think.
