What is the deadline for filing NHexit-related legislation that would be heard in early 2023? How does that work, and what options are on the table?

As I understand it, the second year of a term the deadline is later, due to the election. First year it’s somewhere in August or Sept, but in the second year, it’s post-election, so in Nov, I think. We have some time.
