New Hampshire bill would restrict police deadly force

With U.S. police killing about 1,000 people a year,
compared to German police who kill about four,
the spirit behind this bill is noble enough. But do you see any problems in the fine print?

Some of the Stockholm-syndromers out there are upset that the bill comes from “liberty Republicans.”

weird how this exact same post, placed on forums outside nh, gets lots of discussion …but here, not even a reply

“(2) [He] The officer had made reasonable efforts to advise the person that he or she is a law enforcement officer [attempting to effect an arrest] and has reasonable grounds to believe that the person is aware of these facts.”

Which means ?? No repeal really ?
