Yes, Marc Stevens is correct. I've studied his No State Project and many other documents and technically, there really is no "citizen", no "State" and no "Nation called the United States"... upon examining it closely, none of these fictions exist and the whole System is a fraud, a whole fraud and nothing but a fraud, technically, and it has been demonstrated with existing articles siting the case law and historic precedences.

However, when you are in a Court, you have choices to use or not use this knowledge to win.

Its like proof and truth....in a Court you can use your "proof" and "truth" to contend with the Court but in reality, you can also argue against proof and truth if you have enough knowledge about them not existing. It just depends how you want to use them.

Id say that you and mackle are making the same error of assuming that I can't remember what to say and do in a Court or on the side of a highway. When I was young and stupid I had my own Court and cop experiences and I learned enough, then, not to do it again.

I can't even start to effectively express my disgust at the very concept of an "illegal" human being.

However, the state loves such a vile notion, as they can strip the liberties of a human being, and do whatever they want to such a non-person.

Curtis, are you saying that unless I let you continue to exercise control over the apartment that you're living in and transfer to you my legally recognized interest in the back rent that you owe me, that you will accuse me of a crime to the judge during your eviction trial?  I can't think of any purpose you would have for doing that unless you have the conscious object of permanently withholding the money you owe me, and of using my apartment under such circumstances that a substantial portion of the use and benefit of its economic value would be lost to me.  You already owe me $1950 in late rent, and the rent is $650 per month.  That's a pretty big hit you're asking me to take.  Of course I don't want to put words in your mouth, so please don't beat around the bush.  Are you or are you not, Curtis Fenimore, offering not to accuse me of perjury if I will let you keep the money you owe me and live in my apartment without paying rent?

I don't see where he claims to OWN the property. I don't even see that word used. He says "my apartment" but even when I rented an apartment, I called it "my apartment" even though I didn't OWN it.
