My day in "court".. Psychopath judge.. full audio recording.. VERY interesting

The first 8 or 9 minutes or so was with the judge... who I didn't quite expect to be as VIOLENT and VISCOUS as he was.... what's interesting is he saw my UCC 'refusal for causes' which made his face turn BEAT RED ... he was standing up yelling and screaming at me just for appearing specially not generally, challenging the jurisdiction of the court... just requesting him to answer a few questions regarding the nature and cause of the proceedings against me as I did not understand.... I STOOD my ground, conveniently he had some other place 'he had to be' so he had me kicked out of the court room as fast as he could, escorted by 2 police officers... with no plea entered at all on.. at least on my... behalf and NO "trial date" spoken of or scheduled...  Just a cop telling me I would get some kind of court notice within 3-4 weeks...  I'm not sure what to think or what to expect.  The last 8-9 minutes were conversations with the violent men with guns who escorted me out... this is very interesting and I want to get peoples take on this...

The second recording was from witness testimony- those friends who were there with me... who will testify to the fact that when I challenged jurisdiction.. these officers sat behind me with pepper spray ready to go on a moments notice/order from the lawyer in a black dress.. to violently attack me and throw me in a cage.

I suppose this is what justice looks like.   I'm not sure whether they will dismiss the case to avoid my UCC arguements/motions ... will it be a new arraignment hearing.. or will it go to trial?  I'm not sure.  No one told me.  This is very interesting.  Please take notice to the violence behind all of this.

I'd like to get peoples opinions on this... I've seen Judge Burke in action... but WAIT till you hear this dude!  I just wish I had the support I would have had if I lived in Keene... I had to hide my recorder device because they would have thrown me in a cage if they caught me simply recording these proceedings, as was heeded in a warning posted on the wall before you went into court.  ... the tyranny is unbelievable out here.. I can't wait to move where I will have people who got my back.  But just listen to what happens here.  It's very interesting and provides alot of insight especially when he wouldn't answer ANY of my questions when he pulled my file and in front of me was holding my UCC 'refused for cause' admiralty arguments ... he just seemed so angry and beat red faced just to even see that.  That's how I know there is something to this... but either which way you look at it.  The violence behind these proceedings is personally unparalleled to anything I've ever personally witnessed in someone elses court situation/predicament... this judge was a grade A certified PSYCHOPATH.  I wish I had video footage of his facial expressions.  And honestly, I feel lucky I'm not rotting in a cage right now.

I know violence is not the answer, but at an emotional level I really feel deep hatred for these individuals such as the Judge who KNOWS  he is engaged in fraud, yet perpetuates the scam, and even threatens peaceful individuals with prison.  I feel like I would love nothing more than to beat his brains in... a million times over.

I know that probably sounds immature, and perhaps I need to grow up... but I hope those of you who see where I'm coming from at least understand  how I feel.

Burke got pretty upset in the secret tribunal chamber when I said I didn't understand.  I will next time ask "Am I obligated to understand?" and if he says yes to have him explain it.  I was charged with contempt by speaking out of turn as well as not understanding and refusing to answer questions.

Yeah brother... I saw your videos, but at LEAST you were able to have witnesses and video footage of what happened, as u can see in my audio when my witness presented himself like I'm in here just to witness the cop basically grabbed him like no your not aloud to be spectator to any of this convo, and dragged him away.  And all over the front of the court room there were signs basically saying it was unlawful or something for me to record what was going on in these proceedings.  I wish I had the opportunity to get video footage of these events,  I mean if you would have saw this judges head... it looked literally like it was about to explode into a million pieces, he was standing up viciously yelling at me for NO OTHER REASON than appearing specially not generally, challenging jurisdiction, and having just a couple questions so that I can understand the nature and cause of these proceedings.

I'm just wondering what will happen next.  I never entered any plea... and as far as I understand, this judge didn't enter anything and I was just kicked out of the courtroom by 2 armed goons... one of which told me to expect some kind of court notice in the mail. 

I have no idea whether I will even get anything at all, cuz it seemed as soon as the judged opened my file and saw the UCC filings I made... he was absolutely infuriated.  I was given no new court date, no notice of any trial that was to happen, or anything.  So I'm just wondering if I DO get something in the mail, considering I never entered a plea, will it be a new arraignment hearing?  Or a trial date?

I do want this to go away by all means... but I'm absolutely ready for trial.  This cop will look/sound like a complete fool when I'm done with him and will no doubt, if the lawyer with the dress follows his own rules, get impeached as totally incompetent.  I'm not asking for it.. but I welcome a trial.

I just hope one day, a peaceful and reasonable world will emerge where I don't even have to stress/think about these things because I will be too busy enjoying my existence on this planet.

The only thing I'm concerned about, how is the audio quality in a conference/court type setting?  And exactly what model  pen cam did you buy?  If you have a good quality one that works well, I want the same one.

I was also considering just getting maybe an audio pen.. since especially if it goes to trial, the file size will probably be very large.

When were you in court, were you feeling confident/comfortable about the situation?  I think I probably would have had much more confidence if I had an army of activists/supporters behind me and probably would have been less inclined to take this judges shit.  I had my one boy with me, and his girlfriend.  And a courtroom full of people who thought I was a lunatic.

Well, I'm not sure yet until I call Monday, but contrary to what Mr Judge said.. I don't think any plea was entered as I just received in the mail a new notice saying the matter is re-scheduled for 2/22 with a new judge.  No mention of trial.

Cohesion to the charges couldn't be created.  As under a full reservation of common law rights, I'm required to understand the charges or terms of the contract before it is lawfully enforceable.  I must stand-under the charges.

I may call the court and see if I can get a morning hearing... because there is a woman judge who handles court cases in the morning.

I think I may fair better with a woman than some angry old man with an over-inflated ego and too much testosterone.
