The jury selection for Jim's trial-like event is scheduled for early March.

Jim's jury selection is Monday morning.  Not only will this be a big deal because one of our activist friends is going to a jury trial (for the first time in the FSP's history, I think), but it's also a big deal because Cheshire county hasn't had a jury selection in months.

We need a big turnout to both support Jim in court and also reach out to potential jurors with FIJA info.

According to the jury line, it looks like there will not be jury selection tomorrow.
First they came for the Muslims, and I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Illegal aliens, and I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Dissidents, and I did not speak out.
Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak for me.

There will be jury selection 5/2 - please arrive at 7:50 as usual.  This will be the jury selected for Meg's trial for standing in front of the police car last summer.

Chris, I'm pretty low on fliers.

I have some printed up that just need to be folded. I will fold them this Sunday @ the KAC after Social.

I just discovered there was jury selection this morning.   :(

I'll schedule a monthly call to the jury line to ensure we are always aware of what's up.

I feel like I keep blowing the dust off old threads... am I looking in all the wrong places? Or is it just not that lively anymore? (seems like I'm often "late to the party"...) Anyway, I'm due for jury selection again next month, Feb 13th... just a heads up?

Due for "jury selection" ? Meaning you are a potential juror?  You may already know this and I apologize if I'm preaching to the choir, but the first step is to get on the jury, then vote your conscience (not guilty) if the defendant has not victimized anybody.

Didn't see anyone last month, but caught you guys as I ran in this morning (was late, so didn't have time to mingle, sorry).

Was called up for two of the three cases in January, but went 0/2 after the lawyers got to thin us out... damn my kind, honest looking face?

Almost went 0/2 again this time (out of 3 again), but stayed on for the final one, which starts tomorrow actually. Valentine's Day in the juror's box... I'll bring the chocolate.

Interesting side note, NH has 6-7 open judge vacancies, so the last several judges who've been sitting on trials (this one included) have actually been called out of retirement. Either no one is interested or there aren't any qualified?
