I called them on Friday and the recording was still for grand jury the week prior.

I called the jurors line tonight just to see what the recording said and found out that they are asking the jurors to report this coming Monday the 29th. I cannot make it down this Monday and was wondering if anyone could cover for me. I have FIJA fliers if they are needed.

Sneaky.  That's likely for Jim, who will be arraigned that day.

Perhaps you could call weekly or biweekly just to see if they pull this in the future?

You are correct! The recording mentioned that there will be no jury trials for the month of Janary.

All Grand Jurors are scheduled to report on Tuesday the 18th.
If you can make it for FIJA outreach it would be greatly appreciated.

Problem is you can't do FIJA to Grand Jurors.  You'd have to do a special outreach that encourages them bringing up govt guys on charges.  Sam had a letter once that did that, but he is gone now.

So, we have nothing with which to inform them.

What is going on with this court?  The last message on the jury line is from 1/18.  We know for a fact that Jim Johnson's jury selection date is imminent.

I just called the jury line and the message is still for the grand jury scheduled for january 18th.
