Jurors must report by 8:30 a.m., so we should probably be out front from 8 to 8:30.

If I contribute what you consider an appropriate amount to the funding of the printing, may I stamp the fliers with a FreeKeene stamp?  If so, how much and will you bring the fliers to Social Sundays prior to the event?

FIJA outreach is a perfect outreach for Keene. For the people who tell us to "work in the system," Jury nullification is part of the system! But it's so far on the fringe of the system, that 'out of the system' activists are happy to participate.

I created a DVD of the Court of Public Relations, complete with my FTL calls on the topic. I think it provides a really in depth explanation of what we are doing. Would anyone be willing to burn and distribute a DVD along with the fliers? I'l  gladly pay for the DVD media, and cases to put them in.

Hmm..  I always hesitate to give out valuable things, as I understand most will end up in the trash.  It would be best to somehow prequalify a prospect to ensure they will actually watch it.

Though, it's your money.  I don't know if I have the time to dupe a bunch of discs, but I think this is an interesting idea.

I also received (3) 17 x 22 FIJA posters that I was thinking of laminating and turning into hand held signs or making an "A" frame stand out of two of them.

Does anyone think it would be worth it to include a print out of HB 0906 http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2007/hb0906.html, the most recent attempt to pass an informed jury law along with the fliers?

It might show some people that there is "legitimacy behind this".

Most people that I have tried talking to about a fully informed jury think that it is bogus.

What sort of quantity are you looking for? I can do small runs (<50), but will need to charge about $1.75 per finished disc in a thin case. If you're planning to go bigger, I found that http://www.proactionmedia.com/dvd_duplication.htm has decent prices for mid-range quantities.
